  • Photography: The images on our website are representative of the item you will receive. Due to screen lighting and natural variations, the exact color and shape of the physical item may differ slightly from the photograph. We do not accept returns based on minor natural variations.

If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • Carrier Handoff: Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you (the buyer). Raso Crystals is not legally liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen in transit.
  • Customs/Duties: For international orders, the customer is 100% responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country.
