We sell raw crystals, money magnets, and crystal bracelets meant to support spiritual journeys and energy work. However, by law, we must state the following:

2. Product Variations & Accuracy

Due to the natural formation of crystals and gemstones, no two pieces are exactly alike.

  • Natural Imperfections: Variations in size, color, shape, weight, and the presence of natural cracks, inclusions, or divots are normal and are not considered defects.
  • Display Differences: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • No Returns for Natural Variance: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds based on minor natural variations or perceived imperfections that are inherent to raw earth materials.

3. Right to Refuse Service & Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
  • Pricing Errors: While we offer daily discounts (such as our 20% off promotions), pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If charged, we will immediately issue a full refund.
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

  • Transfer of Liability: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Raso Crystals pass to you, the buyer, the moment we hand the package over to the shipping carrier.
  • Lost/Stolen Items: We are not legally or financially responsible for packages that are lost in transit, delayed by the carrier, or stolen after being marked as “Delivered.”

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the energetic nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged due to transit.

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the broken item and packaging.
  • Refunds, replacements, or store credits are issued at our sole and absolute discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Raso Crystals and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including logos, text, images, and product descriptions.

  • You may view and print pages for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms.
  • You must not: Republish, sell, rent, reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Raso Crystals without our explicit written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India / Kolkata. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for the resolution of any disputes.
